Regional expertise

Ikon Science has teams located in regional and local centers to best serve our customers’ needs. Over time, we have built up considerable expertise in solving problems specific to a large number of geographical and geological provinces critical to oil and gas E&P. Workflows are adapted, and familiarity with regional or local data access protocols and particular data formats facilitates the timely progress of projects.

For some projects, the company’s global expertise comes into play. For example, a complex rock physics and geomechanics project offshore North-West Australia was supported by applying analogues from the North Sea, with the involvement of experts from both the Australian and UK offices.
