Rosalena Filograsso

Rosalena is a Geophysicist who graduated from University of Pisa with an MSc in Applied and Exploration Geophysics in 2017.

She was selected for internship in Eni Spa to carry her thesis study. Her thesis work focused on Rock Physics modelling for unconsolidated sands and building a novel database of laboratory data for synthetic materials under uniaxial and isotropic stresses, in saturated and dry conditions. Following graduation, she was selected for a 6-months research program with University of Pisa, further exploring Rock Physics modelling for unconsolidated sands. She joined CGG in UK in 2018 as an Imaging Geophysicst, and quickly mastered seismic data processing and Velocity Model Building processes using the most advanced flavours in inversion techniques of FWI and tomography. She is experienced in data from Angola, North Sea, Caspian Sea.

Rosalena joined Ikon Science as Customer Success Geoscientist in 2022, where she takes responsibility for customer technical and operational queries and showcases the software capabilities to clients and potential clients.
