Maximizing Subsurface Benefits Through Automated Data Management

Users spend considerable time searching for data and understanding its source, history, quality, and trustworthiness for their subsurface workflows. Historically network drives/folder structures have been the home for well data, where they take on numerous forms and types as it is gathered, interpreted, and employed. If the data is of low quality, it can result in inaccuracies and poor decision-making. Therefore, organizing data and improving access to definitive versions of the well data is a critical component of any corporate data management strategy.  We believe automated data management is key to maximizing subsurface benefits.

In this webinar, we will show how we can leverage the folder structures to automate the data ingestion process using intelligent QA/AC tools. The workflow will demonstrate how data quality is calculated on the fly, build flexible data model for easy data discovery and improve access to different versions of subsurface data.
