In this presentation, we explore Extended Elastic Impedance for Exploration. We will introduce the EEI concept as the formulation of angle dependent, its methodology, why we need to use it for exploration, generation of elastic logs and some techniques of calculating Chi angles.
Additionally, we will demonstrate computation of EEI from AI & GI using RokDoc’s Programmer and a demo to display the proposed software workflow.
