If you wish to contact Support beyond the hours advertised for your region, you are best advised to email your query to support@ikonscience.com as this can be handled by the next region, who should be able to provide you with a timely response.

As guidance, email correspondence is often best accompanied by a relevant screen grab, or where appropriate a PowerPoint describing the nature of the issue. This can expedite the time it takes us to respond.
